Fun and views reviews Why is Monica allowed to be so disrespectful to Leslie.  Leslie is a sergeant!  Seems to me, in the real world, she would have reprimanded for insubordination and disobeying orders (no looking in the missing corpse at the Medical center etc.)  Letting her transfer out would be just passing the biatch onto another squad.  Very poorly thought out character and arc. And not the best actress either!
